My story

Hello everyone! I’m Pippa, and I’m thrilled to share my passion for nutrition and women’s health. As an AfN qualified nutritionist, I focus on empowering women, particularly in hormonal health, PCOS, fertility, and menopause.

I strongly advocate for an intuitive eating approach, paired with gentle nutrition, guiding women towards a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Nourishment extends beyond food, encompassing emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

In addition to my nutritionist role, I’m deeply involved in research, prioritising evidence-based practices to understand nutrition’s impact on health. I ensure that the guidance I provide is grounded in scientific validity.

Having been through the confusing PCOS and fertility journey myself I help clients sift through fact from fiction when it comes to changes that can help.
