THE WOMEN'S HEALTH NUTRITIONIST BIO
A little bit about me...
Hello everyone! My name is Pippa, and I am delighted to share a little bit about myself and my passion for nutrition and women's health. As an AfN qualified nutritionist, my focus lies in empowering women on their wellness journey, with a particular interest in hormonal health, PCOS, fertility, and menopause.
I strongly believe in an intuitive eating approach, combining it with gentle nutrition to guide women towards a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Nourishment encompasses not only what we eat but also our emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. By embracing intuitive eating, we honour our body's innate wisdom and make food choices that support our individual needs.
In addition to my work as a nutritionist, I am deeply involved in nutrition research. I prioritize evidence-based practices, recognising the importance of scientific knowledge in understanding nutrition and its impact on health. By staying up-to-date with the latest research, I ensure that the information and guidance I provide to my clients and the wider community is grounded in scientific validity.
My journey in nutrition and women's health has been driven by a genuine desire to support and empower women in their pursuit of optimal well-being. Through personalized consultations, educational workshops, and a strong online presence, I strive to share knowledge, inspire positive change, and help women navigate their unique health challenges with confidence.
Join me on this journey of embracing intuitive eating, gentle nutrition, and evidence-based research. Together, we can unlock the secrets of hormonal health, foster fertility, and ease the transitions of menopause. Let's create a nourishing and empowering space where women's health takes center stage.
